Hi Jason and Cara!
We have gotten to know you and your work through our friend Matt Davis here in Houston. You seem to be doing some wonderful work there in Africa. We did make a contribution and, since you are so far away, we would like to hear back that the money made it to your hands.

All of God's best!

Merry Christmas Cara, Jason & Nick. We've learned this season from a fresh reading of the gospels telling of God's infinite love for us through the gift of Christ. We've also learned through Joseph, husband of Mary, to react first in all things with the grace of a righteous man, listening to God regardless of circumstances and be ready to challenge conventional wisdom & custom if God convicts. You seem to be a living example of comtemporary Joseph in this Christmas season. May God bless and provide for you.

I second my husband's sentiments. Reading this post and viewing the photos makes my heart ache for Bulembu and its beautiful children... but it gives me great joy to know that you guys and Nick are there full-time now, facilitating relationships and even connecting our brothers and sisters from the Powerhouse with God's kingdom there. We really wish we could support you more than we currently are, but know that what we can't send in cash we are sending in prayers. Love you guys!

This is such wonderful, exciting stuff to hear about, you guys! And it's awesome to see Clever there with you! I recognize some of the kids. Praise the Lord for the work He is doing through you guys to raise up these abandoned, forgotten children to follow Christ and be restored and become future leaders of their country.

This kind of Christmas is about the most opposite kind of celebration of Jesus' birth I can think of compared to the typical Christmas here in the US. We wish we could have been there with you. Praise God!
